Senior Applications Developer Dallas, TX

Responsibilities include but are not limited to

  • Coordinate the application systems analysis process and programming projects
  • Cooperate with Applications Development providers/contractors and establish project timelines
  • Assist the technical staff and/or contractors
  • Serve as liaison between clients and technical aspects of processes
  • Analyze data to determine, recommend, and plan the improvement, modification, and/or installation of new systems
  • Analyze user needs and software requirements to improve/design software programs according to customers' specifications
  • Plan/formulate project stages, assess business implications for each stage and monitor progress to ensure that deadlines, standards, and cost specifications are met
  • Review and analyze proposed technical solutions for projects
  • Develop or direct software system testing or validation procedures, programming, or documentation
  • Ensure standard procedures are met and assist with external negotiations as needed

Minimum requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in computer science, information technology, or related field and three (3) years' experience in Agile and Lean methodologies
